Application forms: digital or paper version

As a non-subsidised non-profit organisation, the number of family vacations we can offer each year directly depends on our fundraising. Heart-warming family testimonials play a crucial role in this process: they strengthen the trust and motivation of our sponsors, partners, employees and volunteers, who daily work with lots of dedication. That's why feedback from families is not only valuable, but also essential. It helps us to continue realising our mission and to offer an unforgettable experience to even more families.

Are you a family with a sick child, who would like to experience an unique Beyond the Moon family vacation and are you willing to share feedback afterwards? Carefully read our selection criteria to find out if you are eligible.
